Shandong Kaitai Industrial Technology Co.,Ltd.is founded in 2001,it is the biggest manufacturer of metal abrasive in China which integrates with technical reseach,development and production.The company occupies 400,000 square meters and is located in Zouping Fenghuang Economic Zone which is China's largest abrasive base.The main products are cast steel shot,cast steel grit,steel cut wire shot,stainless steel shot,stainless steel cut wire shot,aluminium shot,zinc shot,etc.The company could produces 150,000 tons metal abrasive.Based on 550 million Yuan(RMB) of fixed assets,with a yearly turnover of 1000 million Yuan(RMB).
   The company has perfect quality control system.The company has introduced two Ervin Test Machine from USA.Ervin Test Machine is mainly used for testing fatigue life of metal abrasive.In additional,the company also has introduced SPECTRO spectral analyzer from Germany to test ingredient of metal abrasive.The quality of products has met SAE & ISO international standards and the company has passed international standard ISO9001.
    The main products are metal abrasives: cast steel shot :S780 ~S70 ,cast steel grit:G10~G120 ,steel cut wire shot: 1.0~2.5mm,stainless steel shot,stainless steel cut wire shot: 0.2~2.5mm,aluminium shot, zinc shot, copper shot.
    Application:shipyard,foundry plant,forging plant,heat treatment shop,steel structure plant, container manufacturer,auto and locomotive manufacturer and stone industries.
    We also supply cleaning machines, sand-peening equipment, and dust-removal equipment, and we offer ideal key equipments to casting, forging and heat treatment, steel structure, container, machinery, shipbuilding, aircraft, locomotive, and machine tool industries.
